1 Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of subscriptions, usage credits or other paid features (“Paid Services”) offered by Barolo AI Ltd (“Barolo AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the Clean Listings platform.
2 All sales are final
- No refunds. All payments for Paid Services are non‑refundable and non‑creditable once the transaction is completed. This includes fees paid in advance for subscription periods that remain unused and any unused generation credits.
- No partial refunds. We do not provide pro‑rated or partial refunds if you downgrade, cancel, or cease using the Service before the end of your billing period.
3 Subscription cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing hello@barolo.ai. Your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date; access to Paid Services continues until the current billing period expires.
4 Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a payment was processed in error, contact us first at hello@barolo.ai within seven (7) days of the transaction. We will investigate and correct any billing mistakes we confirm. Unauthorised chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in account suspension.
5 Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded by law. Because the Service is offered solely to business customers acting in the course of trade, the consumer “cooling‑off” period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. If mandatory law nevertheless requires a refund in a particular circumstance, we will comply.
6 Changes to this policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes apply to purchases made after the date of the revised policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in‑app notice.
